9c777's commitment to responsible gaming
Fun and safety go hand in hand — 9c777 always puts your well-being above the gaming experience. Our tools and guidelines are here to help keep you safe.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — they should not be seen as a source of income or a way to solve problems. 9c777 believes every player should have the awareness and ability to make the right choices.
The key to responsible gaming is knowing your own limits. Decide in advance how much time and money you are willing to spend, and enjoy your play within those limits. 9c777 provides several effective tools to help you stick to them.
Remember, gaming is entertainment — just like watching a film or enjoying a cricket match. Never chase losses by placing more bets. At 9c777 you can always play in a safe environment.
Our commitment
9c777 is committed to being a safe and responsible platform. We care about the well-being of all our players and actively work to prevent problem gaming.
Age verification
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at 9c777. Keeping minors away from gaming is our highest priority.
Tools for your protection
9c777 gives you several effective features to keep your gaming in check. Using these tools, you can stay in control at all times.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it stays in effect and cannot be increased suddenly — this protects you from overspending.
Time-Out Break
If you want to take a short break, pause your account for 7, 14, or 30 days. You will not be able to log in during the break — it is a chance to step back and breathe.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, activate self-exclusion for anywhere from 6 months to 5 years. Your account cannot be reactivated during this period.
Betting History Review
View a detailed history of your gaming activity. Knowing clearly how much time and money you have spent helps you make better decisions.

Steps to stay safe
Set a budget
Before joining 9c777, decide how much you can afford to spend each week or month. Set a deposit limit accordingly and never exceed it.
Set a time limit for your play
Playing for hours on end is not healthy. Set a time limit before each session. Use 9c777's time-out feature to give yourself regular breaks.
Manage your emotions
Do not play when you are angry, sad, or stressed. If you are not in a good mental state, take a break from gaming — this is the most important quality of a responsible player.
Accept wins and losses
There is never a guarantee of winning in gaming. Accept your losses and do not fall into the trap of betting more to try to recover them.
Let your family know
Tell a trusted family member or friend about your gaming habits. They can warn you if they notice you are playing too much.
Use self-exclusion when needed
If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, contact 9c777 support and activate self-exclusion. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of courage.
Protection for minors
9c777 is for players aged 21 and above only. We follow strict age verification procedures to ensure minors cannot access this platform.
